Special Visitors
Exciting to see our old friends Matthew Swanson and Robbi Behr at the Quarry Gardens this week. The author and illustrator are on the road, living in a repurposed school bus with their four children—Alden, Kato, Augie, Jasper—and dog Dumbles. They are spending this year visiting Title 1 schools in all fifty states to give presentations on creativity and collaboration, and hand out 25,000+ free books to students and teachers who otherwise might not have access to them.
