Join Suzanne Malone RYT-500 for a gentle yoga class for adults. Suzanne will lead you through Hatha yoga postures from seated to kneeling, to standing, to lying on your mat. In this 60 minute class, we will take time moving in and out of the poses and also take time to look inward and feel the benefits of each pose. Leave the class feeling grounded and calm.
This class is best for participants with some yoga experience to more seasoned practitioners.
Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blocks if you use them and a towel or blanket for the final relaxation.
